SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All orders are made to order by hand in our production facility with the utmost care and attention to detail.

Our shipping times are largely unaffected currently but please be aware that this is subject to change as many shipping carriers are experiencing delays due to COVID-19, and regardless of the shipping service we use, they may be subject to some delays out of our hands.

 

We will always do our best to ensure the fastest possible production and delivery. Currently, we are able to offer very competitive shipping times using our preferred network which should ensure you get your sign in 2-4 weeks from when you place your order, this includes the time creating your product! 

Our Shipping times are made up of two parts: production and shipping - times can vary by design but generally, you should have your sign in your hands in 2-4 weeks maximum.

Please note we are currently only shipping to the United Kingdom.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to all our items being made by hand we can only accept returns/exchanges on faulty items, and cannot accept returns due to a change of mind. This is entirely due to all pieces being one off made to order items. All sales are final once placed on site.

In the very unlikely case of your piece arriving broken or faulty, you have 7 days from the day of delivery to let us know via email at Support@BananaNeon.com and we will deliver a replacement free of charge.

We offer a 12 month guarantee on all pieces, so if your piece breaks or stops working in any way during this period due to a manufacturing defect just let us know and we will replace it free of charge! We will not be able to replace items damaged through accidental damage.

Import Fees/Duties

Orders to some countries may be subject to import fees/duties and taxes when delivery takes place. This depends on which country you are ordering from and also how big/heavy the piece is.

This is standard procedure for any item bought online and is entirely out of our hands - many orders won't be subject to import fees, but for those that are, please be aware that these fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Banana Neon.
